West Bengal mango growers started picking mangoes, and were worried about an the threat of a cyclone

Mango orchards across West Bengal have started harvesting mangoes in the wake of fears about the looming Cyclone Mocha. While it’s unclear if the storm will strike Bengal coast, and what its impacts will be on the state, those who are involved in mango cultivation aren’t putting their money on. Due to the destruction caused by Amphan being vivid in their memories and the need to plan for a early harvest in order to limit the impact.
