VertiFarm The industry platform as well as an international exhibition for trade in advanced farming techniques and innovative agriculture systems, is scheduled to be held from 26 to 28 September between 26 and 2023 in the Messe Dortmund in Germany and will shine the spotlight on controlled environmental agriculture (CEA).
The urgency of a timely rethink on food production is underlined, among other things, by a recent government-commissioned report by the Commission on the Future of Agriculture, which showed that ecological damage to the tune of 90 billion euros is caused each year by agriculture in Germany alone. International exhibitors covering a broad spectrum of topics
VertiFarm 2023 will give a full overview of the international market for production methods controlled by technology and cultivation of alternative food products, novel foodstuffs as well as plants for medicinal use. Again, a significant amount of exhibitors have made their stand reservations which are in many cases bigger than they did last year. Of these, the Norwegian firm Avisomo AS, which provides various products to set up plant factories as well as cultivators using nutrients (hydroponics). Swedish company WIVID is preparing to present it as a specialist in the creation and manufacturing of high-efficiency surface-mounted light fixtures.

German’s Menno Chemie-Vertrieb GmbH will be returning to Dortmund showing its diverse skills in the field of hygiene management for the production of plants.
