Azerbaijan is increasing its fruit and vegetable exports

Between January and the end of May in 2023 Azerbaijan shipped 238,893 tonnes vegetables and fruits worth $241,967.98 thousand to countries outside the country. As per the State Customs Committee report, the price of exported vegetables and fruits increased by $22,725 which is 10.4 percentage in the annual comparison and the quantity increased by 46,630 tonnes, or 24.2 percentage.

In the initial six months of the year 2023 the percentage of vegetables and fruits of Azerbaijan’s exports was to 1.42 percent.
