The GS1 guidelines have been updated for Traceability for Food to meet the new US FDA regulations

A brand new GS1 traceability for Food guideline has been issued to help food producers to comply with the latest US FDA regulations, for exports of fresh produce as well as dairy products.

The user-friendly and comprehensive guide provides guidelines to identify the location and product detailed product descriptions, as well as the documentation of commonly known occasions. Further traceability records are also needed in the US FDA Final Rule.
