The newly-planted apple crop in Poland appears to be very high-quality with regard to quality claims Maryna Starytska, the Export Manager for Polish fresh exporter Marianna: “We expect our season of apples to be extremely great this year. Egypt is an important source of revenue for several Polish exporters of apples, but the additional regulations for customs have made life challenging for exporters, Starytska clarifies. “Normally Egypt would be our principal focus for our markets of choice. We also deliver our apples to a variety of Middle Eastern countries such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman and Kuwait. Apart from the Middle-East We also ship apple products to Libya and a handful of Asian countries like Singapore, Bangladesh and India. In Egypt is a bit uncertain at present in addition to bank currency problems however, new regulations were implemented just two months ago.
