Planasa expands its presence in China by purchasing a 100 percent share of the local subsidiary

Planasa, a berry genetics firm recently purchased by German EW Group, the conglomerate EW Group, has closed an agreement to purchase the remaining 50 percent share held by its partner in China The Dabilly Brothers Martin Thomas and Martin Thomas Dabilly, securing full control of the company.
