Fruit Attraction in Madrid has wrapped up. The global fresh produce industry gathered at the IFEMA exhibition center—a venue that had hosted Formula 1 racing just two weeks prior. The trade fair saw a strong turnout during the first two days; while it wasn’t exactly packed shoulder-to-shoulder, the halls were well-filled. As is tradition, the final day, Thursday, was considerably quieter.
